Who We Are

We started Nova PM Group because we couldn’t find a property management firm that we trusted with our own investments.

As active real estate investors, we experienced firsthand the shortcomings of traditional property management. Too often we saw reactive management, poor leasing execution, careless operating costs, archaic processes, and overall poor investment performance.

So we built our own systems. After successfully managing and optimizing our own multifamily portfolio, friends and fellow investors began asking us to manage their properties.

Today, we bring that same disciplined, owner-focused approach to every property we manage.
